Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging one-on-one online Hindi classes for students based in the USA and Canada. Teach Hindi language, grammar, reading, writing, and speaking skills. Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials according to students' learning levels. Make learning interactive and ensure students' regular progress. Conduct demo classes for prospective students.

Requirements:
Robust command of Hindi language, grammar, and literature. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi. Prior teaching or tutoring experience will be an added advantage. Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.



Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet teaching environment. Must be comfortable working the US night shift (12:30 AM – 9:00 AM IST). Compensation Structure: ₹350 per one-hour one-on-one class (no TDS or other deductions). ₹100 for every demo class conducted. If a demo converts into a paid enrollment, the remaining ₹250 will be paid, and the student will be assigned to the mentor for regular classes.
