This role is responsible for designing and implementing workforce transformation programs that leverage AI and automation to enhance productivity, workflows, and employee experiences. Daily tasks include assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for AI integration, and creating change management plans that align with business goals. The person in this role will collaborate with leadership, HR, and functional teams to define new roles and skill requirements, coordinate training initiatives, and ensure smooth adoption of AI tools. Additional responsibilities include monitoring impact metrics, refining transformation roadmaps,



and communicating progress and insights to stakeholders in clear, accessible language. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, automation tools, and their application to workforce and business process transformation.
• Experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation, with the ability to design and implement structured change programs.
• Skills in process analysis and optimization, including mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and defining AI-enabled improvements.
• Ability to create and deliver training and enablement programs, including upskilling and reskilling plans for diverse teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills to work across leadership, HR, and operational teams.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including defining KPIs, tracking adoption metrics, and presenting insights in a clear format.
• Prior experience in a technology-driven, startup, consulting, or digital transformation setting is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in change management or AI are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate in cross-functional settings, and adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.
