Key Responsibilities
* :
• Lead and Manage a Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance advisors.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
• Participate in and conduct training and development sessions for new recruits.
• Maintain proper documentation of your new team members.
• Work closely with team members and seniors to implement marketing strategies
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve performance goals Desired Skills & Qualifications
