D., and IBS Times, each offering distinct learning and experiential opportunities. Vriddhi Research manages India’s 4th largest Student Managed Investment Fund and produces sector and company-specific research reports. Trividha R.
E.
D. focuses on comprehensive development through management discussions, financial events, and games centered on current economic and market topics. IBS Times serves as the publishing arm, releasing a fortnightly magazine and online articles with a readership of around 15,000, providing wide exposure to contemporary issues in finance and the global economy. Role Description The Member role at FinStreet IBS is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. Members will participate actively in club activities across the three verticals, including contributing to research on capital markets, sectors, and companies, and supporting the management of student-led financial initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in organizing guest lectures, management discussions, financial events, and interactive games, as well as collaborating on content creation for magazines, articles,



and reports. Members will engage in continuous learning about current economic developments, regulatory changes, and market trends, while working closely with peers and mentors. The role involves regular coordination with different teams, meeting activity deadlines, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in all club-related tasks. Qualifications
• Strong interest in finance, economics, and capital markets, with a willingness to learn and engage in research-driven activities.
• Ability to analyze financial and economic data, synthesize information, and contribute to sector and company-specific research reports.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for participating in discussions, preparing articles, and supporting publication efforts.
• Organizational and teamwork skills to help plan and execute guest lectures, events, and financial games throughout the year.
• Comfort with using basic productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) to support research and content creation.
• Demonstrated initiative, time management, and the ability to work in a structured on-site environment in Pune Division.
• Background or ongoing studies in business, finance, economics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
