Role Description The Designer will work on-site in Tamil Nadu, India in a full-time capacity, creating concepts and designs for gift products, packaging, and related visual materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming design ideas, developing sketches or digital mockups, refining designs based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves selecting colors, materials, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and customer requirements, and collaborating with colleagues in production, sales,



and marketing to ensure designs are practical and appealing. The Designer will also help maintain a consistent visual identity across product lines, assist in creating promotional materials, and stay informed about design trends relevant to gifting and retail. Qualifications
• Strong ability to conceptualize and develop original, creative design ideas for gift products and packaging.
• Proficiency with relevant design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar graphic design software).
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and basic print or production processes.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to translate customer and brand requirements into explicit visual designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on constructive feedback.
• Relevant education in design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in product, packaging, or graphic design in a retail or gifting environment is an advantage.
