- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate Valuable Communication Fresher / Experience(6m-1yrs) Languages : Telugu/ Hindi/ Malayalam/ Kannada
Salary:
21,000K CTC
- 25,000K CTC + Incentive Shift :9.30am -6.30pm/9.00am -6.00pm (Fixed Shift) Week Off: Sunday Fixed week Off 6 Days Working Please Call : HR -(phone hidden)/(phone hidden)
