Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of nitrogen plant, oxygen plant, utility operation, DCS operation, shift operation, and shift management.
- Ensure smooth running of chemical engineering processes in refinery operations.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment performance and process optimization.
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry.
- Proficiency in operating DCS systems for controlling plant operations.
- Robust understanding of chemical engineering principles, including refining processes and utilities management.
