Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience in Linux administration and production system troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, routing, NAT, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Experience in DNS management, domain management, subdomains, hosted zones, and DNS record configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Robust production incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance tuning experience.
- Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, failover, scalability, and system reliability.

- NGINX, HAProxy, Envoy, F5, Load Balancers.
- DNS tools: dig, nslookup, host, whois.
- Network tools: tcpdump, Wireshark, traceroute, mtr, ping, iperf.

- Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of CloudFormation.
- Exposure to DNSSEC and advanced DNS troubleshooting.
- Experience with network packet analysis using tcpdump and Wireshark.
- Knowledge of SLI, SLO, SLA, and error budget management.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and chaos engineering.
- Knowledge of cloud security and certificate lifecycle management. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
