Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with styling, sizing, customisation and occasion-based recommendations
- Manage client appointments, fittings and private viewings
- Maintain client records and follow-ups for repeat business and loyalty building
- Support bespoke and made-to-order processes, including measurements and design coordination
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld in line with brand positioning
- Handle order processing, billing and coordination with the production team What makes this role unique: A rare chance to gain backend operational exposure.
