Collaborate with DBAs to align with minimal data-model change strategies. 3. Support end-to-end testing efforts by partnering with QA teams to identify and resolve migration-related defects. 4. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve database access performance bottlenecks. 5. Participate in code reviews and adhere to defined migration standards, frameworks, and best practices. 6. Support validation of system behavior across multiple real-world use cases to achieve 99.99% availability targets. 7. Ensure maintenance of existing business logic while enabling database portability and future scalability. 8. Contribute to migration documentation, technical design discussions, and implementation guidelines. 9. Work effectively within a large-scale modernization program requiring disciplined execution and attention to detail. Behavioral Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive engineering tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments.
