Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage comprehensive audit engagements from planning through reporting.
- Develop and implement audit plans that align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior audit staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with external standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the audit function in strategic meetings and discussions with senior management. Qualification Criteria:




- Proven experience in audit leadership roles with significant project management experience.
- Solid understanding of audit frameworks and regulatory requirements.
