Freshers / 0–1 Year Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on training stage and performance) Job Summary TECHBEE IT Solutions is looking for enthusiastic ITI / Diploma freshers interested in starting their careers in Computer Hardware, Networking, and IT Infrastructure. Selected candidates will receive practical, on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience working with professional IT technicians on computer systems, networking installations, troubleshooting, and customer service projects. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, develop technical skills, and grow into full-time IT Technician roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling, installing, and maintaining desktop computers and workstations.
- Learn hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and basic repairs.
- Assist with Windows installation, driver configuration, and software setup.
- Learn basic networking, IP addressing, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
- Support LAN cable laying, RJ45 crimping, patch panel termination, and network testing.
- Assist senior technicians with CCTV, NAS, server, and IT infrastructure installations.
- Attend customer-site visits for installations and maintenance.
- Maintain assigned task records and service documentation.
- Follow company technical standards and safety procedures.



Eligibility & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
- Genuine interest in IT technology and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Good attitude, punctuality, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred, but not mandatory.
