Bangalore/Chennai The candidate should be able to go beyond keyword rankings, identify growth opportunities,take ownership of SEO performance, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
- Technical SEO: Conduct website audits, identify indexing and crawling issues, fix technical errors, and improve Core Web Vitals.
- On-Page SEO: Optimize website pages, metadata, internal linking, content structure,and schema markup.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-intent, industry-specific keywords and uncover opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Content Optimization: Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly landing pages,blogs, and other website content.
- Off-Page SEO: Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building, digital PR, and outreach strategies.
- AI Search Optimization:



Implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
- SEO Analytics: Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs,SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Competitor Analysis: Track competitor SEO strategies, identify content gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve organic landing pages to increase enquiries, demo requests, and qualified leads.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and measurable outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5-6 years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience managing SEO for multiple websites and international markets.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience with content audits, keyword mapping, and SEO-driven content strategies.
- Experience with AI search, AEO, GEO, and evolving search engine algorithms.
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and independently implement solutions.
