### Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for working like an entrepreneur/ problem solver alongside the current founders. This role is for someone who is creative, self motivated and loves solving problems. ### Responsibilities
- Work with leaders to set strategic priorities: Identify key areas which require attention, establish governance on key metrics to evaluate and ensure progress of those.
- Identify problems limiting the growth of various functions/ projects and problem solve to develop strategies/ solutions and implement them with the team.
- Determine key performance indicators for the company and update dashboards as needed.
- Oversee large cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.
- Research, perform benchmarking,



analyse data, and make recommendations.
- Design current systems and processes to streamline operations company goals.
- Ownership for scale up of one or more existing or new initiatives/ experiments.
- Owning the complete PL and targets for the initiatives.
