Role & responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models based on design drawings and project requirements.
- Create and update models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare BIM drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Coordinate models with Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues with the project team.
- Use Navisworks for model review and coordination when required.
- Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project guidelines, and LOD requirements.
- Incorporate design changes and comments received from BIM Coordinators/Engineers.
- Maintain model accuracy, quality, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Support the BIM Coordinator/Project Team in timely project deliverables.
