To lead and manage complete project construction lifecycle from site mobilization, engineering coordination, construction planning, procurement interface, execution, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and project handover for large-scale industrial projects. The role shall be accountable for safety, quality, cost, schedule, productivity, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery
- Lead project execution from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, Performance Guarantee Tests (PGT), and Final Handover.
- Develop construction execution strategy aligned with project schedule and contractual milestones.
- Participate in constructability reviews during engineering stages.
- Drive seamless coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Client teams. Pre-Construction & Project Planning




- Review engineering deliverables, AFC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodology.
- Establish site infrastructure, manpower mobilization plans, equipment deployment plans, and temporary facilities.
- Prepare project construction schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Identify construction risks and implement mitigation strategies. Construction Management
- Manage all Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation activities.
- Ensure timely execution of foundations, underground utilities, structures, equipment erection, piping, cabling, and auxiliary systems.
- Drive productivity improvements and monitor progress against baseline schedule.
- Lead multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
