About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and approachable Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of our ladies' hostel, ensure student safety, maintain discipline, and provide a comfortable and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents.
- Monitor student attendance, entry, and exit records.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Handle student concerns, complaints, and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate food, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hostel facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain hostel registers, student records, and visitor records.
- Communicate with parents regarding important student-related matters whenever required.




- Coordinate with the management regarding hostel requirements and operational issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of hostel policies and procedures. Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hostel administration, warden duties, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership, discipline, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage students and handle difficult situations calmly.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and approachable personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
