- 5 Years (Relevant RCM Experience) Job Summary We are looking for experienced AR (Accounts Receivable) Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, and denial management. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare medical billing.
- Review and analyze unpaid, underpaid, and denied insurance claims.
- Handle denial management, identify denial reasons, and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Work on claim rejections, appeals, and resubmissions.
- Identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce AR days and improve collections.




- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing and accounts receivable processes.
- Hands-on experience in AR follow-up and denial management.
- Good understanding of EOBs, ERAs, CPT, ICD-10, and claim forms.
- Knowledge of insurance portals and payer guidelines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet process targets. Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with strong AR and Denial Management knowledge.
