Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and well-organized Hostel Assistant to manage day-to-day hostel activities and ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of hostel operations.
- Maintain student attendance and entry/exit records.
- Address students' queries, complaints, and concerns.
- Monitor hostel discipline and ensure compliance with rules.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and other hostel services.
- Assist with student check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper facilities within the hostel.
- Coordinate with hostel management and other staff members.
- Handle emergency situations and report issues to the concerned authorities. Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage students and handle daily responsibilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and problem-solving attitude.
- Prior hostel or accommodation management experience will be an advantage. Interested can apply Pay: ₹25,000.00
