About the Role
VR Petrochem operates an active logistics network for bulk bitumen and emulsion transportation across infrastructure sites in Western India. We are hiring 2 Fleet Supervisors to take charge of our fleet of heavy commercial vehicles, insulated bitumen tankers, and roadway equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily vehicle dispatch, trip planning, and route monitoring for commercial trucks and specialized bitumen tankers.
- Coordinate directly with drivers: brief routes, monitor transit turnaround times, and handle on-road emergencies or breakdowns.
- Track preventive maintenance schedules, tire health, oil changes, fitness certifications, insurance renewals, and national road permits.




- Audit trip expenses, toll logs, and fuel consumption to optimize transport costs.
- Coordinate with factory dispatchers and destination construction site managers to ensure smooth discharge and minimal truck detention. Qualifications &

Skills:

Experience:
2–6 years managing commercial transport fleets, tankers, heavy trailers, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with RTO rules, GPS tracking platforms, FASTag systems, and driver management.
- Attributes: Decisive under pressure, resourceful at troubleshooting breakdowns, and fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Pay: ₹15,000.00
