About the Role
/ Position Summary We are seeking Dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Branch Managers to support branch operations across our branches in Thrissur, Ernakulam, Palakkad and Idukki district. Lakshit Agro Multi State Co-operative Society Limited is a rapidly growing multi-state cooperative organization offering customer-centric financial and allied services through its expanding branch network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist in achieving branch business and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Support branch staff in achieving performance goals.
- Promote financial products including deposits, loans, and other services.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain branch records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with branch management to improve business performance.
- Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives. Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate/PG in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Cooperative Society, Gold Loan, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
- Experience in branch operations and customer handling is mandatory.
- Malayalam speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
