Role & responsibilities
- Build professional relationships with hospital administrators, nursing leaders, HR, quality, and other relevant teams.
- Identify hospital needs and explain SIGNNs programmes and platform clearly.
- Coordinate introductory meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot activities.
- Plan staff-readiness sessions with hospital contacts and support smooth delivery.
- Coordinate Patient Trust feedback activities, including approved QR-based processes.
- Follow up with hospital teams on participation, feedback, agreed actions, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of hospital contacts, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups in the companys tracking system.
- Prepare concise visit notes and periodic updates on programme progress, issues, and feedback.




- Coordinate internally with SIGNN’s product and programme teams to resolve client questions.
- Travel to hospitals in Hyderabad and nearby locations as required. Preferred candidate profile
- At least 1 year of experience in hospital or healthcare operations, healthcare sales, client coordination, field programmes, or a related role.
- Robust spoken communication in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident communicating with hospital administrators and clinical department leaders.
- Good presentation, coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, presentations, and mobile apps.
- Willing to undertake approximately 30% field travel in hyderabad.
