Com About Jivika Foundation Jivika Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization committed to strengthening preventive and primary healthcare services for underserved communities across India. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Assist in Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and petty cash management.
- Support vendor payment processing and outstanding invoice follow-ups.
- Maintain financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist with GST workings, TDS details and statutory documentation.




- Coordinate with internal departments for expense verification and approvals.
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal finance policies. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
- Robust numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Eligibility Criteria
- B.
Com / BBA or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance.
- Experience in NGO / Section 8 organization accounting will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Job Location Baner, Pune Work from Office.
