Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate will be responsible for drafting SOPs, ensuring implementation, monitoring compliance and reporting deviations. 2. Candidate will be responsible for finalising transportation contracts and ensuring timely movement and distribution of goods. 3. Candidate will be responsible for appointing Super Distributors / Stockists, verifying documentation and ensuring timely creation of customer codes in the system. 4. Candidate will be responsible for managing stockist-wise credit limits, monitoring credit policy compliance and ensuring proper order execution. 5. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily orders, following up on pending orders and resolving order hold-ups based on outstanding payments and credit limits. 6. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring receivables, coordinating collections and following up on overdue outstanding with the Business team. 7. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating claim settlements with CFAs and Business teams within defined timelines. 8. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining Product, Customer, Price, Discount, Tax and Bonus Masters in the system. 9. Candidate will be responsible for training customers on service standards and operational guidelines. 10.



Candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory insurance coverage and ensuring adequate coverage. 11. Candidate will be responsible for managing C&F; operations, agreement renewals, CFA remuneration and warehouse management as per SOP. 12. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper inventory stacking, monthly physical stock verification and generating MIS / Sales Flash reports. Preferred Candidate Profile 1. Any graduate or Part time or full time MBA in Marketing having 7-10 years of experience Sales Operations, Distribution Management, CFA Management. 2. Candidate should have good experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Operations / Distribution Management. 3. Candidate should have good knowledge of CFA, C&F;, Super Distributor and Stockist management. 4. Candidate should have good experience in order processing, invoicing, and credit control and receivables management. 5. Candidate should have good knowledge of SOP implementation and operational compliance. 6. Candidate should have good experience in inventory management, warehouse operations and stock reconciliation. 7. Candidate should have good coordination and communication skills to work with Business, CFA and Distributor teams. 8. Candidate should have valuable knowledge of MIS reporting and MS Excel.
