Summary As a Commis III at Gold Coins Club & Resort, you will be an entry-level member of our culinary team. You will support our Commis I, Commis II, and Line Chefs with basic food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, buffet setup, and station organization across our dining outlets and event catering.

Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and trim vegetables, meats, and other raw ingredients according to resort standard recipes and food safety standards.
- Station Setup (Mise en Place): Organize work stations, kitchen utensils, and ingredients prior to service and buffet hours.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain clean, hygienic work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Stock & Inventory: Assist in receiving, labeling, dating, and storing kitchen inventory following the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
- Buffet & Event Support:



Assist senior chefs in prepping and restocking buffet lines during high-volume resort events and corporate outings. Requirements & Qualifications

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent vocational culinary training.

Experience:
0–1 year of kitchen experience (fresh culinary school graduates are welcome to apply).

Skills:
Fundamental knife skills, basic understanding of food safety/hygiene, and eagerness to learn multi-cuisine cooking.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a high-volume resort kitchen workplace.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Benefits
