Location:
Mohali, Punjab, India Velantrio Ventures is expanding its UK Operations team and looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to support UK-based accounting, sales ledger management, invoicing, and credit control activities.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and issuing sales invoices accurately and on time. Reconciling bank transactions and accounts using Xero. Following up on overdue customer payments and confirming payment dates. Processing supplier payments and preparing payment runs. Allocating customer receipts and reconciling remittances. Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and payment queries. Issuing amended invoices and credit notes. Preparing customer statements and monitoring outstanding balances.



Communicating with UK customers and suppliers to resolve account queries. Required Skills &

Experience:
Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software. Knowledge of sales invoicing and sales ledger management. Experience in bank and account reconciliation. Understanding of credit control and payment collection. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate with UK-based customers and suppliers. Previous UK accounting or finance process experience will be an advantage.
