Job Description
Analytical Research & Development (ARD) Position: ARD Analyst / Research Associate Role Summary: The ARD Analyst is responsible for development, optimization, and validation of analytical methods for drug substances and drug products, supporting formulation development and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC for assay, impurities, and degradation studies. Perform dissolution method development and optimization for various formulations. Conduct stability studies, including forced degradation and stability-indicating method development. Analyze raw materials (RM) and finished products during method development and transfer. Support IPFP testing during product development and scale-up batches.



Prepare analytical method validation protocols and reports as per ICH guidelines. Perform method transfer to QC and provide technical support. Troubleshoot analytical issues and optimize methods for robustness. Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory submissions (ANDA, DMF, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in HPLC method development and validation. Knowledge of ICH guidelines (Q2, Q1). Experience in dissolution method development. Understanding of stability studies and degradation pathways. Positive problem-solving and scientific writing skills.
