- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and recruiters for interview schedules and feedback.
- Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily/weekly reports.




- Use Excel for data management, reporting, and recruitment tracking.
- Update candidate details and recruitment status in the ATS and internal systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in recruitment systems.
