The role requires strong expertise in territory sales, customer handling, distributor coordination, and sales & collection management. Managing top customers and monitoring business, collection, visibility, and activities across the assigned territory. 2. Meeting key clients regularly and negotiating business opportunities. 3. Achieving sales and collection targets through close coordination with teams, dealers, and super stockists. 4. Driving visibility targets in line with brand priorities and market requirements. 5. Planning and achieving primary and secondary sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. 6. Implementing company schemes and promotional activities across the territory. 7. Maintaining accurate sales and sales-point data. 8. Ensuring complete financial discipline across assigned territory and channels. Requirements 1. 3+ years of sales experience in the beauty, skincare,



personalcare haircare industry. 2. Strong exposure to territory sales, customer management, and channel coordination. 3. Proven ability to achieve sales and collection targets. 4. Experience in primary and secondary sales planning and execution. 5. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 6. Graduate qualification preferred.
