Above 20yrs Industry : IT Services/Software Solutions Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Delivery to lead end-to-end IT service and project delivery operations, ensuring high-quality execution, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record of managing large-scale delivery operations, complex technology programs, global delivery teams, and strategic client engagements. The role requires a combination of technology leadership, delivery governance, commercial acumen, and people management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
: 1. Delivery Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT services, projects, and transformation programs.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and business goals.
- Establish scalable delivery models, standard operating procedures, and performance management frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. 2. Project & Program Management
- Oversee multiple complex projects and programs across Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, Legacy Modernization, Platform Migration, and other IT services.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, scope, quality, risks, and resource allocation.
- Implement delivery governance, reporting mechanisms, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation management processes.
- Ensure effective planning, execution, and successful closure of projects. 3.



Client Relationship & Customer Satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term client retention.
- Lead executive-level client reviews, resolve escalations, and drive service improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and strengthen strategic partnerships. 4. Business Growth & Commercial Management
- Partner with business and sales leadership to support revenue growth, account expansion, and new business opportunities.
- Drive commercial discipline through effective budget management, margin optimization, cost control, and resource planning.
- Monitor project profitability, revenue realization, billing milestones, and collections.
- Align delivery capabilities with organizational growth plans and evolving market demands. 5. People Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams across multiple projects and functions.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Strengthen leadership pipelines, succession planning, talent retention, and employee engagement.




- Empower delivery managers and project leaders to take ownership and drive measurable outcomes. 6. Technology & Delivery Transformation
- Leverage AI, automation, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and ITIL-based service management frameworks to improve delivery performance.
- Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives that create measurable business value.
- Promote industry best practices, process standardization, and technology-led innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and delivery models to improve scalability, quality, and operational effectiveness. 7. Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Establish and maintain robust delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, financial, and contractual risks.
- Drive accountability through transparent reporting, performance reviews, and corrective action plans. 8. Strategic Planning & Leadership Collaboration
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align delivery strategy with organizational objectives.
- Develop delivery roadmaps, capacity plans, and scalable operating models to support business expansion.
- Contribute to strategic planning, organizational transformation, and service portfolio development.
- Drive a culture focused on customer value, execution excellence, and sustainable growth. Pay: ₹100,000.00
- ₹150,000.00 per month
