Job Description
We are hiring Commis 1, Commis 2 and Commis 3 chefs to join our kitchen team. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with a passion for food, an understanding of kitchen operations and the ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. Candidates will be assigned responsibilities according to their experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place before and during service.
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and portion control.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling and rotation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of assigned kitchen sections.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.




- Minimise food wastage and handle ingredients responsibly.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
- Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Basic to advanced understanding of kitchen preparation and cooking techniques, depending on the position.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and storage practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, take direction and grow within the kitchen team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Preferred

Experience:
- Experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants or high-volume kitchens.
- Exposure to international cuisines.
