- Fri Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our domestic staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring high-quality placements that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for sourcing top-quality candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates and ensure efficient talent pipeline management.
- Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and compliance assessments.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for selected candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks,



and best practices in domestic staffing.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
