Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct client meetings and site visits across Bangalore
- Coordinate with builders and developers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development
- Solid communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate is an advantage
- Leadership and team-handling potential
