Location:
Noida, Sector 3 Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Experience:
1–5 Years Salary Budget: Up to 40,000 CTC per month (depending on experience and interview performance) Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, qualifications, skills, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Work towards achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US healthcare hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
