Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase and sales entries, billing, invoicing, and voucher processing.
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform regular vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts and outstanding balances.
- Conduct bank reconciliation on a regular basis and ensure accurate recording of all banking transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST entries, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and coordination for GST returns.
- Manage TDS accounting, including TDS deductions, ledger reconciliation, payment tracking, and coordination for timely TDS returns and compliance.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances, vendor payments, payment follow-ups, and ageing reports.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, trial balance, balance sheets, and other MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and timely closure of monthly accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and statutory records.




- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments for accounting and financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile
- 46 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- CA Inter/M.
Com/B.
Com degree from a recognized university.
- Immediate Joiner
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Practical knowledge of GST regulations, GST returns, and ITC reconciliation.
- Valuable understanding of TDS provisions, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Hands-on experience in vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, general ledger, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently and meet deadlines.
