Responsibilities:
1. Process customer purchases accurately through the POS billing system. 2. Scan products and ensure the correct barcode, quantity, and price are entered. 3. Verify discounts, promotional offers, and applicable schemes before billing. 4. Handle cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods accurately. 5. Issue bills to customers and ensure all transactions are completed correctly. 6. Handle customer queries related to billing, prices, and offers in a polite and professional manner. 7. Verify cash received and maintain accurate cash records during the shift. 8. Ensure proper cash handover and settlement at the end of the shift. 9. Report billing errors, barcode issues, price mismatches, and system problems to the supervisor. 10. Follow company policies and procedures for refunds, cancellations, and bill corrections. 11. Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and ready for customer service. 12.



Coordinate with the sales team and supervisors to resolve product price and offer-related issues. 13. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior at all times. 14. Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to minimize customer waiting time. 15. Follow all instructions given by the Floor Manager and management. Required

Skills:
Basic computer knowledge Positive calculation skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per company requirements. Key Objective: To ensure accurate billing, proper cash handling, excellent customer service, and smooth operation of the billing counter. Pay: ₹10,000.00
