We are looking for a senior technology leader to drive cloud operations, platform reliability and security for enterprise SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cloud infrastructure, SRE, 24×7 production operations and customer SLA management.
- Drive incident management, system availability, performance and disaster recovery.
- Strengthen cloud security, vulnerability management, DevSecOps and ISO compliance.
- Improve automation, observability, operational efficiency and cloud cost optimization.
- Lead engineering managers and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable and scalable platforms. Requirements
- 15+ years of technology experience with robust cloud operations or SRE leadership.
- Proven ownership of customer-facing SaaS production environments.
- Experience managing major incidents, customer SLAs and security remediation.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI, Kubernetes and DevSecOps.
- Experience leading large technical teams and driving operational transformation.
