* Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with solid expertise in configuring Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The candidate should be skilled in requirement gathering, business process documentation, HCM Extracts, reporting, and technical components using SQL and PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead configuration and implementation activities for Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and discussions with business stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and configuration processes.
- Prepare configuration documents and ensure deployment readiness.




- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts.
- Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify project risks and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle HCM Cloud implementation best practices. Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience conducting requirement workshops and documenting business processes.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts.
- Experience with BI Publisher Reports.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
