Key Responsibilities
- Market and manage bench consultants effectively
- Maintain and update an active bench list
- Robust expertise in placing CPT, OPT EAD, H1B & H1B Transfer consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors
- Generate and track a high volume of requirements
- Identify and capture new market opportunities
- Develop new business with Tier-1 vendors
- Maintain and regularly update vendor databases
- Create vendor databases client-wise and region-wise Look for stability and someone who has closed positions recently.
