Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects and generate business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
