Job Overview Alphacyrix Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, explaining our IT services, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
- Explain the company's IT services, including website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, and software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule meetings and arrange discussions with the sales and technical teams.
- Maintain customer information, call records, and sales reports.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Confidence in making calls and communicating with customers.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is an advantage. Preferred Skills:
- Lead generation and client handling.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
