Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro solutions.
- Develop Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, and workflows using Flow Designer.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Create and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts using JavaScript.
- Align asset governance processes with CMDB, CSDM frameworks, and ITSM best practices.



Mandatory Skills 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience (5+ years in HAM/SAM Pro) Hands-on expertise in HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript, CMDB, and CSDM ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory) If you are interested and match the above requirements, please share your updated resume along with the below details to [email protected]
