SizCom is looking for a skilled mobile chip-level technician with hands-on iPhone repair experience. You’ll diagnose and fix hardware and software faults on smartphones, with a focus on board-level work, and deal directly with customers at our service center.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose hardware and software faults in iPhones and Android smartphones
- Carry out chip-level and motherboard-level repairs (IC replacement, reballing, micro-soldering)
- Fix common faults such as no power, charging, network, display, audio and Face ID/Touch ID issues
- Replace parts such as displays, batteries, charging ports and cameras
- Flash, update and restore software, and handle software-related issues
- Test devices fully after repair before handing them back
- Explain the fault, repair cost and timeline to customers clearly




- Keep repair records and track spare parts usage Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile chip-level repair, with iPhone experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on use of a hot air station, soldering station, microscope, multimeter and DC power supply
- Ability to read schematics and boardview diagrams
- Positive customer service and communication skills
- Diploma, ITI or certification in mobile/electronics repair is an advantage
