50,000–60,000 per month Qualification: Graduate Job Overview We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive the growth and profitability of our holidays business across multiple branches and markets. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in the holidays travel industry, destination knowledge, and business development, along with the ability to support branch operations and build strategic relationships with tourism partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive holidays business growth across branches and markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Support branches with holiday products, package development, sales strategies, and business development.
- Understand branch requirements and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, and other tourism partners.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to expand the holidays portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve holiday product offerings and sales performance. Requirements
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in the holidays travel business.
- Robust destination knowledge and understanding of holiday packages and tourism markets.
- Proven business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience supporting branches and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including to Africa and other countries or branches, for approximately one month or as required.
