Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing solar panel systems. The candidate should have basic electrical knowledge and the ability to work at project sites. 2.

Key Responsibilities
3. Install solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures. 4. Perform solar panel mounting, wiring, and electrical connections. 5. Install and configure solar inverters, batteries, and related equipment. 6. Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of solar systems. 7. Identify and troubleshoot technical faults in solar panels and inverters. 8. Perform DC and AC wiring as per safety standards. 9. Check system performance and ensure proper power generation. 10. Maintain installation reports and technical documentation. 11. Follow electrical safety guidelines while working at project sites. 12. Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams. 13. Required Skills & Qualifications




- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and batteries.
- Understanding of AC/DC electrical systems.
- Ability to use a multimeter and other electrical tools.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Willingness to travel to project sites. 4. Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in solar installation and maintenance preferred. 5. Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills). 6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely completion of installation projects.
- Quality of solar panel installation.
- Minimum technical errors and complaints.
- Proper maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Compliance with safety standards. 7. Preferred Candidate
