Identify and implement long term plans for High value Purchases by optimising costs and Supplier performance. Collate all the requirements of group companies and initiate Group buy Policy that will yield a good volume discount. Experience in Imports, look for import alternates that will yield cost reduction and improved quality. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. Needs to manage supplier performance and relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance. Form CFT and engage with engineering, quality, finance,



and supply chain to ensure sourcing strategies support overall business objectives. Identify opportunities for cost savings involving all departments without compromising on the product quality. Develop and implement risk management plans related to procurement, supply chain, and other areas. To ensure all procurement meets company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Travel up to 7 days per month for supplier development, audits, and commercial discussions. 6 days working.
