Ethera Diamonds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore store team. Key Responsibilities Attend walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewelry buying experience
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products
Handle end-to-end sales process including product presentation, pricing explanation, billing, and after-sales support Maintain proper handling, safety, and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases
Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and inventory coordination




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, customization, and delivery timelines Eligibility & Requirements Prior experience in diamond, gold, jewelry, or luxury retail sales (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
