6. Follow approved welding parameters, including current, voltage, and welding time, as applicable.
7. Inspect components and assemblies using gauges and visual inspection methods.
8. Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
9. Identify and report welding defects, machine abnormalities, and fixture problems.
10. Perform basic machine checks and maintain equipment cleanliness.
11. Follow 5S, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety requirements.
12. Use appropriate PPE, including welding helmets, gloves, and protective clothing.
13. Maintain production, rejection, and rework records as required.
14. Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
