Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring smooth delivery of student services. In this role, the individual will manage office workflows, coordinate counseling and application processes, and monitor service quality across departments. The Operations Manager will develop and implement standard operating procedures, track performance metrics, and optimize resource allocation. They will supervise and support team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership on planning, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also involves maintaining vendor and institutional relationships, managing schedules, and preparing regular operational reports. Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including process improvement, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to coach, delegate, and build team-oriented working relationships.
- Proficiency in planning and organization, including time management, prioritization, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, families, team members, and external partners.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and education-related software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Relevant experience in education services, overseas counseling, or service-oriented operations roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, education, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, student-centric practices.
