- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate with customers in Kannada.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Update customer information and call details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets. Required

Skills:
- Must be fluent in Kannada.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
